Detox!

So Lady C. and I are huge fans of the BBC show "You Are What You Eat." We can't get enough of Dr. Gillian's belly poking, bum slapping, poop viewing or calling people fat.... not to mention the witticisms of the snarky narrator. And now after reading her diet books, Lady C, has us embarking on a two day detox. In grand "Big Love" family style 4 out of 5 housemates ventured to south Brooklyn to pick up some supplies....

During our travels we stumbled upon a gardener in a lavender garden

he had piles of lavender he was pruning and gave us a whole bag!!!

So at least if the next two days are a nightmare... the house will smell amazing!!

New Mission:

It has come to my attention that I may have been neglecting the more intellectual members of my audience.... despite all the crudeness and sex banter believe it or not.... I'm a pretty smart cookie and an avid reader.. I have been consuming books like wildfire this summer, amazing books, books that must be read by the people I love, so I heretofore announce I will post on every book I read. Keep your eyes peeled!!

So as you all know I moved to Brooklyn!!! And now just about a month later I FINALLY finished assembling my furniture and unpacking..... Whewwwwww.

My whole life in boxes...

Ok.. some more of my life.. in rolling carts, guitar cases and Tupperware.

Home Sweet Home!!

I finally had an opportunity to go home this past weekend to visit my family and celebrate my little bro's high school graduation. I'm pretty close with my family but this was the longest I've ever gone without visiting. It amazes me how easy it is to forget how much your family influences your life, who you are, the choices you make.... All the little rituals that bring me comfort are rooted with them. I can't help but feel tremendous gratitude.

Once upon a time I had a night off along with all my amazing lady friends and we went out on the town. Fortunately, the camera missed most of the debauchery as it was charging half the night. I KNOW I KNOW!!!

Alright it's been like 100 years since I've posted..... forgive me. The move was a little more taxing than I thought. Not to mention the filming and modeling and working I had to do. But I'm pleased to say my Ikea furniture is finally assembled (well.... most of it.. ugh) and I am mostly unpacked. I now reside in what Lady C lovingly refers to as the fortress, in regards to my new loft bed. I'll update this post later with some pre and post move pix. Also..... Lady C and Fast Alice are about to make there much awaited reappearance so get ready for fun!!
